Shuvu's Kimcha Depischa Programs Implemented Most Successfully!
May 01, 2024

Once again Shuvu distributed thousands of packages of Matza and wine to its students, and for those in greater need even "extended packages" including basic ingredients for Yom Tov. Without Shuvu supplying these, the families either due to financial restraint or lack of understanding, would simply not purchase these vital items! In addition, before leaving for Pesach vacation, all of the Shuvu schools throughout Israel held Model Seders for the students, to teach them how to run the real Seder on Pesach night in their own homes. The children sat around festive tables, with Matza, grape juice, lettuce, eggs, and more, and were taught how to conduct a Seder. At Shuvu this becomes the children's responsibility, as their parents do not have the knowledge to do so, and it is the parents who ask the questions, and the children who provide the answers. Indeed, after participating in Shuvu's Model Seders, the children left eager to hold their own Seder in their own homes. Shuvu thanks its many supporters for allowing these programs to once again take place; especially Yossi and Aviva Hoch, Mark and Judy Frankel, and Tempo Beverages Ltd.
